When thinking of planning a tropical themed wedding what comes to mind is Hawaii, Hawaiian lies, and parties, or luaus on the beach. To have a tropical themed wedding what could be more fun and beautiful.
A romantic tropical wedding:
The tropical island of Hawaii is beautiful, to have a wedding set on the beach at sunset would have to be one of the most romantic settings there could be. Having the wedding at sunset satisfies two objectives. First, what could be more beautiful than a tropical wedding at sunset; and beautiful colors that bounce off the ocean surface of the ocean. Having a wedding at sunset will enable you to have your reception right on the beach. The reception is luaus with campfires to light the beach, along with lighting that will be at the bar nearby.
The smell and sounds of the ocean:
Having your wedding on the beach is a dream come true for many. Who would not love feel of the breeze that floats off the ocean, the sound of the waves that slap at the beaches edge, and the surrounding of the islands beauty. The noises and surroundings are unlike any other.
Wedding attire:
This is a beach wedding, which makes this a casual/formal affair. Strapless is very becoming and will comfortable. The bride should where white, though a knee or calf length dress is great for this affair. Her dress can be form fitting, yet comfortable with the dress having a looser fit past the hip so it will flow in the breeze. The bride’s bouquet will be that of the native flower found on the island. Wearing her hair partially up and partially down flowers stuck into her hairdo she will seem as if she a part of the island.
The bridesmaids should also have the same type of hairdo. Their dresses should have the basic same style though to distinguish them as not having the same dress, their dresses should have thin straps, and be of a pale yellow, or light lavender, mixing both colors is even acceptable.
The groom should where knee length shorts, and the typical shirt men wear in Hawaii long and not tucked in. He should have a native flower in his pocket, and he should be dressed in a light blue to blend with the bridesmaids.
The groomsmen will dress in a similar fashion as the groom, though they will wear the traditional leis of the island. Each groomsman will match the color of the bridesmaid he is escorting.
There will be no shoes worn at this wedding. The feel of the cool sand under their feet will be welcome. This is the tropics, Hawaii, so they should party as the natives do.
