When it comes to deciding on what gift to give you’re bridal party as a Thank you, you need to think first how much money you want to spend. When thinking of a price you’d like to spend, it would be best to take all aspects of your wedding into consideration. For example, how much the bridesmaid dresses were or how much they are going to be spending for hair, make up and a manicure the day of the wedding. You need to keep in mind that when you ask your friends to be apart of this special day it is a rather large expense to them.
After you think of how much you want to spend on the gifts you now need to decided what you want to get. It’s always a good idea to get something special and sentimental. Like something personalized. A good thing for the bridesmaids are little jewelry boxes, that you can get personalized with there name and maybe the date of your wedding. For the groomsmen a beer mug is always a good idea. Other good item is a picture from personalized with a picture of you and your bridesmaid, maybe from a wedding event, like a shower or engagement party. You don’t necessarily need to get them something personalized.
Another good idea for the bridesmaids is to get them the jewelry that will go with their dress. As you know, being the bride you can dictate exactly how you’re bridesmaids will look the day of your wedding. You can pick if the updo should be up or down, or if they can wear a watch or if they should wear a necklace or earrings. The best thing to do is get matching necklaces for the bridesmaids. Whether you want to get both earrings and a necklace that is your choice. But jewelry is always a good pick for a gift. Especially if it’s something that can be worn again.
The best thing is something personalized and maybe something that they can use again and again. The best thing to do is too think of something that could be personalized to the one person. Like if one of the bridal party attendants likes Betty Boop, look for something Betty Boop. I once had a friend that for the groomsman found a funny t-shirt for each groomsman that fit their personality. Like a beer shirt for the beer drinker. It’s just more special when you really think of what they like.
Most important thing to remember when you are finding gifts for your friends in your bridal party, is too remember how important they are too you, and how they did so much for you during your special day.
