However much of a man’s man you may be, and possibly not into grooming unlike so many men today, preparing for your wedding day should include some pampering and beauty treatments. If nothing else it will help you to relax. Add to this the fact that if you feel good about yourself you usually look good also.

There are many health spas and beauty centres these days which cater for men or both sexes. A good tip is to tone up with a simple exercise regime for a few weeks before the wedding. If you incorporate a sensible diet you will feel as well as look good. Your grooming session can address any other problem areas but also generally get you looking great. You will need to have:-

A great haircut that will look good on the photos.

A professional trim and or shave of any facial hair.

A steam treatment to cleanse those pores.

A basic facial.

A manicure and if you fancy giving it a go a pedicure.

A thorough massage to ease any tired and tense muscles for the big day.

Anything else which takes your fancy such as waxing should be enjoyed also.

If you make a day of it you should enjoy the experience. Why not persuade the best man to accompany you.New haircuts should not be tried too near the actual big day. It is much better to have a trial run quite a while before. If your new hairstyle is a disaster you then have time to try out a few other styles. Similarly it would not be advisable to have any hair waxing done too near your Wedding Day. Ideally I guess two or three days before would be fine.

The night before the wedding would be well spent having a long, luxurious soak in some manly perfumed bath oils.Remember to clean ears and the like as you will never remember on the morning of your Wedding day. With all the final ablutions carried out the night before you should hopefully get some sleep and awake refreshed. It will then be a matter of just having a good shower the next day.

If you look 100% on the day you will feel so confident, impress your fiance, look great and confirm some of the reasons to your future wife why she loves you so and is marrying you.
